This special kind of course combination is organized by the Italian language school in Florence: Istituto Il David and the Italian language school in Otranto: Porta d'Oriente. The courses are held all year round for one or two weeks in Florence and one or two weeks in Otranto.
Otranto is a small town located on the sea in the South of Apulia. The town is an important historic and artistic centre, it lies on one of Italy's most beautiful coastlines. The National Association of the Italian Towns listed Otranto among the first 14 more beautiful towns in Italy. During the same holiday you have the opportunity to visit two wonderful Italian regions: Tuscany and Apulia. You can admire and get to know the art and the culture of both regions, enjoy the wonderful sea of Otranto and the Apulian traditions.
You can start your Italian language course in Florence or Otranto and move to the other city after one or two weeks. Florence and Otranto are very well connected: you can easily reach either one by bus, train or car.
