THE SCHOOL <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Istituto Il David<\/strong> is one of the most well-known and renowned Italian language schools <\/strong>in Florence.
It is the ideal place to learn or improve the knowledge of Italian language<\/strong>, and to live an unforgettable experience<\/strong> in one of the most beautiful and fascinating cities in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Italian language school was established in 1983<\/strong>, and for over 40 years it has carried out a wide variety of Italian language and culture courses<\/strong> throughout the year. The long experience guarantees professionalism, results and an excellent organization for a pleasant stay in Florence<\/strong>.
During these years, thousands of students from over 80 countries have learned, improved or perfected the Italian language<\/strong>. They have spent an unforgettable period of their lives, made friends with people of other nationalities and with Italians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is officially recognized by the Italian Ministry of Education<\/strong>. It is a member of the association of Italian language schools Scuole Licet<\/strong> (Italian language, culture and tourism), it is associated with Eduitalia<\/strong> (association of linguistic services for foreign students in Italy), and it is part of the European Union’s Erasmus program<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The school is not very big and for this reason one of its strong points is the friendly atmosphere thanks to which the students make friends with each other very easily.
At the Istituto Il David, the student is never a number, but a friend to whom we should give assistance and attention, following him\/her constantly on his\/her educational path and in his\/her stay in Florence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE SCHOOL IN THE CENTER OF FLORENCE <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Italian language school is located in the historic center of Florence<\/strong>, a few steps from the square Piazza della Repubblica, on the third floor of a bourgeois building in one of the most prestigious and safe areas of the city, the area of \u200b\u200bworld-wide famous fashion shops and financial services.
The Cathedral, Piazza della Signoria, the central railway station, and all the most famous monuments are located between 3 and 10 minutes walking distance from the school. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE CLASSROOMS OF THE LESSONS <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The classrooms<\/strong> where the lessons are held are spacious, bright and comfortable. They have large tables and comfortable chairs, and are equipped with TVs and DVD players. <\/p>\n\n\n

The school is equipped with air conditioning. In every place of the school you can use our wi-fi and connect to internet for free. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE TERRACE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

On the top floor of the school there is a wonderful terrace<\/strong>, from which you can enjoy a breath-taking view of Florence<\/strong>. In this precious and exclusive space, students take breaks during class hours to have a coffee and talk with the other students. It is used by students even after class hours to study, chat with friends, or just to relax. Often, some of the various activities of the school are held here. <\/p>\n\n\n

STUDENT ASSISTANCE <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The staff is always at the students’ disposal for any information about their studies at school and their stay in Florence. Our students are regularly informed on cultural events taking place in Florence and elsewhere in Italy. The school offers a free booking service for Florentine museum tickets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
