I liked the course at Il David very much. The teachers are very capable, patient and nice. The grammar course and the speaking course are coordinated well and have been very helpful for me. It has been very interesting and useful to study at Il David. My apartment was better than I expected; roomy and located very centrally. Couldn’t have wished for anything more! The price was also very reasonable.

I found the classes very useful and interesting. My teachers were great and helpful. They did their best. I had a lot of fun, too. I liked the building of the school as well, especially the location at the top. Daniela was most helpful with preparing for the course. I was completely satisfied with my accommodation. The landlady was very kind and helpful, she helped a lot to learn Italian. I had a great time.

The lessons were really well organised – particularly the grammar lessons, which went at a perfect speed, and I felt that I really learnt a lot in my two weeks. The conversation classes were well taught out and fun, and all my teachers were very professional and helpful, and explained things very clearly. The school is small but very cozy. I felt very comfortable, the teachers were very nice and patient with all the students. The lessons were interesting and understandable, I was glad that I could go to a higher level the second week without asking! It showed that the teachers were interested in every single student. Also Daniela was nice, she helped me and my friend with every question we had, that was very nice and helpful. Thanks for everything, I really want to come back next year!! The room was nice, it was easy to find and close to the station, so that’s fine. The roommates were lovely and sweet and we had so much fun together. Thanks for everything, I had a great time here in Florence.

Most importantly they made the classroom comfortable and made teaching interesting, fun, but maintain the level of seriousness of the course. Their approach to teaching is stimulating students’ intellectual curiosity and independence in learning, inspiring and motivating students through a high level of presentation and appropriate communication for the beginner intensive course.

The course is well set out, and easy to follow. The teachers are well prepared, patient, courteous, on time! All of my teachers were excellent , and I am especially grateful to G. with whom I have had the most contact. Daniela has also been easy to deal with at the desk. I have not done many after school activities because of my PhD study, but have enjoyed what I’ve done, and the variety is good.

I have enjoyed my stay at “Istituto Il David”. The school has excellent teachers, and Daniela is always there to help out with any problem. Italy as we know is crazy and getting things done in Florence gives a headache, BUT not in Istituto Il david; everything here is done on time and with excellence. I recommend this school! Also, Il David has the best prices on the market. Grazie per tutto!
