The course was really helpful especially because people do not speak much English. It starts from the very basic so it is easy to catch up. The teachers are very sweet and nice, they repeat till you don't understand. Overall the course offered by Istituto Il David is very good to learn Italian. The room provided by the school was excellent. I had other roommates from other countries so get to know them personally . The location of the apartment was excellent.

The school has a wonderful program. I have definitely enjoyed studying here. The school is very organized. The teachers and students were all friendly! The time schedule for the class (morning) is very easy to work around because it leaves the entire afternoon free.

I thought the school was great. It was a struggle because it was taught all in the language but it helped progress even further. I feel like I have accomplished more in 1 week than I would weeks at a normal classroom. The teachers are very nice and extremely patient. They were also fun. My host was very nice and although she could not speak English we were able to communicate. It was fun learning first hand about Italian life. My room was great and had plenty of space. Everything was very clean.

The school was ideally located for us, as we are living on Vigna Nuova! So being so centrally located was excellent. The teachers that we had for the 4 weeks were EXCELLENT and we have have such great memories of them to keep with us. The teaching style was informative, patient and very embracing, as beginners I felt very comfortable in the learning environment. I would definitely come back again. Classrooms were great, but I especially liked the terrazza! Much more intimate and lots of natural light.

I am very pleased with the school. I needed a place where every day I could practise conversation, and all the classes were perfect for that. All the instructors are very well-focused and just the right level. In the future, when I have another block of time free, I will most definitely return to continue my studies at Istituto Il David! The school is right in the centre and it is really convenient to go to everywhere. The teachers are nice. It was sometimes really difficult to study Italian for me, but they are really gentle and patients to taught me. The programs are really funny and enjoyed a lot. My flat was close to the centre and the school. Sometimes felt little noisy but easy to go to everywhere. I had a good time in Firenze and I'd like to come back again in the future.

The classes were always interesting and stimulating because everyday was a little different. I thought my apartment was perfect for me. It was very close to the school and in a safe area with lots of restaurant and shop close by. The room size was large and the house fully equipped with everything that I needed.

What a lovely school! Grazie! The teachers are lovely, helpful and really want you to learn the Italian language well! I had nice weeks here. Also the combination of 2 hours of grammar and the 2 hours of conversation is good. In one week you’ll learn a few basics that really helps you speak Italian.
